Empire State Voices Announces Seven-Figure Ad Campaign Holding Rep. Marc Molinaro (NY-19) Accountable for Hurting Working-Class New Yorkers
The New Campaign Released its First Ad and Will Hold a Press Conference to Launch New Campaign to Fight for Everyday New Yorkers
HUDSON, NEW YORK — Today, Empire State Voices, a grassroots advocacy organization, launched a new multi-year campaign to fight for economic policies that help working New Yorkers and hold members of Congress who fail to do so accountable, starting with Rep. Marc Molinaro. The launch includes the first ad of a seven-figure paid media effort highlighting Rep. Molinaro’s record of tax giveaways to big corporations and the wealthy while everyday New Yorkers in NY-19 pay their fair share.
The first ad spotlights Nick, a local bicycle shop owner in Windham, New York, who calls out Molinaro for siding with big corporations instead of small businesses like his, from raising taxes on everyday working people to taking money from corporate special interests and voting for billions in corporate tax breaks.
Along with the ad, Empire State Voices is launching with an event in Hudson, New York, with the voices of hardworking constituents who will speak about how they’ve been personally impacted by Rep. Molinaro's record (RSVP here).
