Empire State Voices Call on Rep. Marc Molinaro, Rep. Brandon Williams, and Rep. Anthony D'Esposito to Vote to Expel Rep. George Santos from Office

NEW YORK — Today, House Democrats introduced a resolution to expel Rep.George Santos (NY-03) from office.      

Maria Martinez, Executive Director of Empire State Voices, had this to say: 

“New Yorkers need their representatives to do the right thing and vote Rep. Santos out of office immediately. Rep. Santos lied and deceived his way into Congress and made a mockery of the democratic institution. Rep. Santos has repeatedly shown that he does not have his constituents' best interest at heart – most recently by voting on the Default on America Act, which will strip millions of New Yorkers of essential benefits. We are calling on Rep. Molinaro, Rep. Williams, and Rep. D'Esposito to vote to stand with New Yorkers to expel Rep. Santos from office and bring some dignity back to the House of Representatives.”
